Maintaining an energy-efficient fixed heater in the main living area, as required for rental agreements from 29 March 2023. This ensures tenants have a reliable and efficient heating source, which is a legal requirement.

Ensuring the kitchen has a dedicated cooking area, a sink with hot and cold water, and a functioning stovetop with at least two burners. Repairs include fixing leaks, blockages, and broken fixtures to meet minimum kitchen standards.

Bathroom Maintenance
Ensuring the bathroom has a washbasin, a shower or bath with hot and cold water, and a 3-star water-efficient showerhead. Repairs include addressing leaks, blockages, and ensuring fixtures are in good working order.

Toilet Maintenance
Ensuring toilets are in good working order, connected to a sewerage or approved wastewater system, and situated in a separate room. This includes fixing any issues that prevent the toilet from functioning properly.
